A customer speaks in their language. GenZCX processes the speech and plays the translation to the agent. The agent’s reply follows the same flow in the other direction. Language pairs, voices, and provider configuration are selected for your deployment.
The platform is designed around SIP, WebRTC, FreeSWITCH, and Asterisk integration paths. We’ll review your PBX, dialer, trunks, and audio flow during the demo to confirm the right integration for your environment.
Available language pairs depend on the speech and translation providers configured for your deployment. Tell us the languages you need and we’ll demonstrate that combination before you commit.
Provider access can be managed centrally. Bring-your-own-key options can be enabled for approved tenants and providers, depending on the configuration you choose.
We can discuss retailer and customer workspaces, branding, module access, and a dedicated deployment for your organization. The demo is where we agree on the scope and operating model.
Pricing depends on your modules, deployment, expected call usage, and AI provider configuration. Share those requirements in your demo request so the proposal reflects your actual setup.
Module access is managed per tenant. Tell us which capability you want to begin with so we can agree on the required core services and a suitable configuration.
Customer workspaces can have their own module permissions. Retailer and customer administration follow the permissions enabled for the deployment.
Bring your CRM or dialer details and the call flow you need. We’ll review its integration options and agree on what can be connected. Compatibility should be confirmed for your exact environment.
The walkthrough uses prepared example conversations to explain the two-way flow. It does not record your microphone or make a call. A live platform demonstration is arranged separately.
